Trip Details

Single Trip cover is the ideal choice for a one-off holiday/trip up to 94 days in duration (or 45 days if you are aged 76 years or over).
Annual Multi-trip cover is ideal if you are planning on taking multiple trips throughout the year. This policy covers any number of trips during a 12-month period up to a maximum of 31 days each trip (‘Super’ cover) or 45 days each trip (‘Super Duper’ cover).

Cancellation cover begins on the date you choose to start your policy. If you already have a trip booked and you want to be covered immediately, you should select today’s date. You can choose to start your policy later (up to 31 days from today’s date) but there would not be any cancellation cover between now and the start date you choose.

Individual Adults and children (under the age of 18 on the date of purchase) who do not qualify as a Couple, Family or Single Parent Family. Please note, children must travel with an insured adult.
Couple Two adults who are aged 18 and over who are in a domestic relationship and live at the same address. Adults may travel independently if Annual Multi-trip cover is taken.
Family Parents or grandparents (up to a maximum of two adults) and their children or grandchildren (under the age of 18 on the date of purchase). Adults insured on an Annual Multi-trip policy are entitled to travel independently of each other. Cover for children and grandchildren will only be provided if travelling with an insured adult.

Important Conditions Relating To Your Health

We need to ask you some medical questions about you and anyone else to be insured on the policy to make sure that you have the right cover.

Are you or anyone else to be insured on this policy waiting test results or have any medical condition for which you are on a waiting list for or have knowledge of the need for surgery, inpatient treatment, investigation or been referred to a specialist consultant for tests, diagnosis or treatment or have any medical condition you are aware of but for which you have not had a diagnosis?

Please note: You do not need to tick Yes if you are only seeing a specialist consultant for routine check-ups.

Have you or anyone else to be insured on this policy received a terminal prognosis?

Is anyone to be insured on this policy travelling against the advice of a medical practitioner or travelling for surgery, treatment or investigations?

Medical Screening

Please answer the following questions. If you or anyone else to be insured on this policy answer ‘Yes’ to any of these you will need to go through our medical screening process. If you are not sure of any of the information you are giving us or do not know the answer, please check with the treating G.P.

Have you or anyone else to be insured on this policy;

Ever been treated for any respiratory condition (relating to the lungs or breathing); any heart or heart related condition; any circulatory condition; any kidney, renal or liver condition; any condition relating to the pancreas e.g. diabetes; any neurological condition (including stroke or epilepsy); any malignant condition e.g. cancer or any psychiatric or psychological condition?

Received any surgery, inpatient or outpatient treatment or had any tests or investigations in a hospital or clinic or been seen by a specialist consultant within the last 2 years?

Been prescribed medication for any medical condition in the last 5 years?
